Ride Leader Wanted! We have 60 riders registered, and need at least one more Ride Leader. Up to the task? There is some modest "swag" for the one who steps up.

Thanks .... Roger

I'm looking forward to it.

It is put on my Lee Garrett and a few of his friends.  It is my type of ADV ride, an semi organized-unorganized rally.  In other words, ride your own ride, they will tell you where to meet for dinner and camping Saturday night.   :)

Did you See 140 to 150 hp wow what Fun.

Right? Plus hydraulic lifters for lower maintenance sounds nice.

I think the adaptive ride height will help get some new riders in to the segment - I can't tell you how many times I've heard people say "but man the bike is so tall, I can't ride that" when I try to get people interested in ADV.

All I can say is WOW. Harley really delivered on this bike.

Press coverage is universally "They pulled it off!"

Personally, I'm not in to a ~1200cc bike so I won't be trading in, but I'm glad to see that they pulled it off and put a compelling entry into the ADV market!

I'm eager to see if they come out with a smaller version in the 350-450lb range.

Thanks for posting this Troy, I hadn't heard about it. Maybe someone with Facebook (I don't use facebook) could invite the event organizers to cross-post future events here!

Unfortunately I'll be taking my 790 R in for the front brake recall on the 1st (assuming Letko receives the ordered parts by then).

I was looking for more information about this event coming up THIS weekend. (May 1&2, 2021) Considering this event is organized by folks out of the Wichita area, I'm surprised to not find any discussion here on Backroads Touring Kansas.

https://rideforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3290

The published details are sparse, but it's a 2 day gravel riding and camping event that includes food and live music in the Flint Hills. I plan to attend. Any of you?

 :)

Watched the promo video and went over the maps. That would be the ride of a lifetime!
